Good to know

What counts as an "active permit"?

Any project that isn't yet at final sign-off / PTO. Once a permit is closed out it no longer counts against your plan — so seasonal volume stays affordable.

Do you really cover 3,100+ jurisdictions on every plan?

Yes. The full jurisdiction grid, approval-risk scoring and client email generator are in every plan, including the free Starter tier. Higher tiers add the pipeline, inspections, team features and integrations.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime, up or down. Annual billing saves 20% and can be switched to monthly at renewal.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No setup fees and no long-term contract on Starter or Growth. Scale agreements are annual and include onboarding for your priority jurisdictions.
